To anyone who is looking to sell their property, I would strongly advise you to find Tonya McMikel Cannon as your representative. She will serve you all the way to the end of the transaction. She was absolutely fantastic!! We could not have found a better person to do what she did. I would strongly recommend her to anyone. She is definitely an asset to your company!!

Tonya and I meet around 7 yes earlier when she sold my first home and I would have used her first but I was told that I could get a discount from the original mortgage lender that I was using if I used one of there realtors.

That realtor did not know Paris and after I decided not to worry about that saving I instantly called Tonya. She know the area and she really cares about her clients. She is so easy to talk to and she tries to answer every question that you can throw at her and trust me I had many. If the rating were 0 to 5 being most impressive. Tonya would rate a 5 star in any and every category that you came up with as long as it's about talking care of her clients. If negatives are include she would rate a zero because she is one of the most positive people I have meet in my life. I really appreciated every thing that she did carrying us through this process. I couldn't have a better person than her.

Tonya was very knowledgeable and was willing to help me with any questions I had at all hours of day and night I will recommend her to anybody I hear trying to buy property very nice and thorough and even made sure I understood what I was signing at closing and gave me some pointers. There is nothing I could have asked for to make it easier she covered everything and then some!!!

I had previously worked with Tonya while I was in a Human Resources capacity at Kimberly-Clark in Paris, TX. Tonya was more than willing to take potential Kimberly-Clark candidates (considering moving to the area), on tours of the Paris community. I could always rely on Tonya to be available to take the candidates on tours and introduce them to the community. I was so impressed that Tonya would take the time with individuals that may or may not move to Paris and therefore not need a realtor! In other words, Tonya spent the time helping others for which she may or may not benefit from in terms of gaining a client. This demonstrated Tonya's true character - being willing to do the hard work, gain trust and build rapport without expecting anything up front.
